A highly motivated and resourceful Counsellor with over twenty years of front‑line experience in the Social Services sector. Skilled in counselling, case management, crisis intervention, advocacy, group facilitation, and conflict resolution, she brings strong communication, leadership, and analytical abilities to her work.

Her career includes roles as Women’s Counsellor/Advocate, Legal and Housing Outreach Counsellor, and Transitional Housing and Support Worker, with extensive collaboration across more than 30 community agencies through FOCUS Toronto. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Alberta and has completed professional training in trauma counselling, mental health, suicide intervention, harm reduction, and anti‑racism/anti‑oppression practices.

She has also contributed to community leadership as a former Board Member of the South Asian Women’s Centre in Toronto, continuing her commitment to building inclusive and supportive environments.
